Is there an age limit in becoming a SSAA member?

No, there is no age limit, some parents even sign up their babies!

Shooting is one of the few sports where people of all ages and abilities can compete on a level playing field, SSAA prides itself on being all inclusive.

SSAA memberships are offered to Pensioners at discounted rates. Proof of pensioner status by way of SSAA pensioner membership card, a Pension Concession Card issued by Centrelink or a Veterans Affairs Pension Card will be accepted. However, Seniors and Health Care cards are not.

Through our Sponsor a Junior program you can sponsor a junior's membership and help set them on the right path to responsible firearm ownership and to the enjoyment that comes with being a sporting shooter.
